At THE RAW HAUS, we are committed to providing premium quality hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives brand-new, unused hair.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:


  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The tamper seal (if applicable) must not be broken

Any product that has been opened, worn, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:


  • Opened or used hair products

  • Custom or colored orders

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:


  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped.
