Due to the nature of 100% raw human hair, all sales are final.
Raw hair is a hygienic product and cannot be resold once handled. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details — including texture, length, and bundle quantity — before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Approved cases will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of The Raw Haus.
